Our RSS-accredited MSc programme in Statistics has been designed with a strong vocational emphasis for those beginning their statistical career, and provides an excellent foundation for those wishing to study for a PhD in Statistics. Our unique course offers three distinct pathways in Medical Statistics, Pharmaceutical Statistics and Environmental Statistics, which reflect the research expertise within the Department and prepare students for career options in areas with a high demand for trained statisticians. Our new state-of-the-art building boasts cutting-edge teaching facilities and students who choose to study at Lancaster may also be eligible for a variety of studentships, details of which are available on our PSC website.
